Hi, I’m Dr. Charlie, The Process Improvement Doctor.
My Mission: Provide people with the tools to make positive changes in their organizations, families, and communities.
My Masters in Business Administration provided a grounded real-world framework for my doctoral work. My research findings on sustainable process improvement are in use throughout the globe (77 countries as of 2024).
I've spoken nationally and locally on topics related to sustainable profitability, including the ASQ World Conference on Quality in 2018 and the Society for Compliance & Ethics in 2024.
